Why Can't I Download? 4 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 4  
This is much easier then it seems however Quicktime combines to make it seem difficult.

Step 1 - Hit the Down arrow on the player

Step 2 - Either the download will start or more likely Quicktime will pop up and start streaming the tape.

Step 3 - On any browser go File --> Save As or Save Page As in Firefox and then sit back and enjoy.

Step 4 - Stop asking me how to download
